Welcome to Genrush. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Genrush mobile application and website operated by Genrush Healthcare Pvt Ltd.

2. Description of Services

Genrush is a platform that connects users with local pharmacies for the purchase and delivery of medicines, including generic alternatives. We provide:

Medicine search and ordering
Generic medicine alternatives with price comparisons
Prescription upload and processing
Delivery services through partner pharmacies

Genrush does not manufacture or sell medicines directly. We act as an intermediary between users and licensed pharmacies.

3. User Eligibility

To use Genrush, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid prescription for prescription medicines
Provide accurate and complete information
Use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes

4. Prescription Requirements

For prescription medicines, you must provide a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. Genrush reserves the right to verify prescriptions and reject orders that do not meet legal requirements.

5. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability at partner pharmacies
Prices are subject to change without notice
Payment must be completed through our secure payment gateway or cash on delivery
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, traffic, and pharmacy availability. Genrush is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Generic Medicines

Generic medicines contain the same active ingredients as branded medicines and are approved by regulatory authorities. While we provide generic alternatives, the final choice of medicine rests with the user in consultation with their healthcare provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

Genrush is not liable for:

Medical advice or diagnosis (consult your doctor)
Side effects or adverse reactions to medicines
Issues arising from improper use of medicines
Actions of third-party pharmacies or delivery partners

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Genrush, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Genrush Healthcare Pvt Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
