Refund Policy

At Genrush, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Wrong Medicine Delivered: If you receive a medicine different from what you ordered
  • Damaged Products: If the medicine is damaged, broken, or tampered with upon delivery
  • Expired Products: If the medicine has expired or has less than 3 months to expiry at the time of delivery
  • Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order before it is dispatched
  • Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe and you no longer need it

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Medicines that have been opened or partially consumed
  • Temperature-sensitive medicines (vaccines, insulin, etc.) once delivered
  • Orders placed with incorrect prescription or address (user error)
  • Change of mind after delivery

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via the app, WhatsApp, or email
  • Provide your order ID and reason for refund
  • Share photos of the product (for damaged/wrong items)
  • Keep the original packaging intact

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Cash on delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if only part of the order is affected. The refund amount will be calculated based on the items eligible for return.

6. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement for damaged or wrong items. Replacements are subject to product availability.

7. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are refundable only if the refund is due to an error on our part or the pharmacy's part. User-initiated cancellations may not include delivery charge refunds.
